Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠The Victorian Department of Education and Training (the Department) conducts four school surveys annually to collect information from students, parents, staff, and representatives of school entities. Student, parent and staff surveys provide a unique form of actionable feedback that schools, teachers and Department officials can use to inform practice and policy. These surveys have been developed to include measures based on recent international research. School entity surveys are used to collect supplementary information from schools, such as program and policy implementation information, for a range of purposes.

The Department finalised its transition to online survey administration and collection for all schools in 2017, and seeks to continue online survey administration and collection in schools. As schools have a role in administering each of these surveys, with different administration tasks required for each collection, the Department seeks to do this using a coordinated approach for schools from 2019. Schools need a single point of access and consistent user experience across all school survey where they can submit information, complete survey administration tasks, monitor response rates and access reports or help documents.

The Department is seeking a suitably qualified supplier to administer the data collection for student, parent and staff opinion surveys and the school surveys in 2019 and 2020 in Victorian Government schools.
