Monash Health is seeking to appoint a single qualified and competent contractor for the daily transportation of food and return of food equipment in refrigerated trucks, between Kingston Centre (CPK and KFS) and the following sites:

• Monash Medical Centre Clayton – 246 Clayton Rd, Clayton.
• Moorabbin Hospital– Centre Rd, East Bentleigh.
• Dandenong Hospital – David St, Dandenong
• Casey Hospital – 55 Kangan Drive, Berwick
• Kingston Centre (including Northwest Wards), Eastwood Hostels, Allambie, Biala -Warrigal Rd, Cheltenham
• Mooraleigh Hostel- Centre Rd, East Bentleigh (Twice a day)
• Chestnut Gardens- Chestnut Rd, Doveton (Thrice a day)
• Yarraman Nursing Home, Yarraman Road, Noble Park. (Thrice a day)
• McCulloch House- Monash Medical Centre
