Tender Description
The Darling Downs Hospital and Health Service is seeking proposals for the refurbishment of the Tuke Annex at the Baillie Henderson Hospital. The project involves works in a Heritage Building and experience from the Principal Contractor and their offered staff in dealing with renovations of Heritage buildings will be viewed favourably. The project does not involve clinical space, rahter the Tuke Annex will house a Research Consortium.
The tender includes a small potion of external works, retaining walls and disabled access, and minimal landscaping.
