Architectural Design of Tatura Library Refurbishment Extension
Tenders are invited from suitably qualified Consultants to develop the detail design of the Tatura Library Extension and Refurbishment at 12-16 Casey Street, Tatura, Victoria. This is a Lump Sum contract and the design works include:
* Detail survey and Geotechnical Investigation;
* Demolition and Civil (including drainage);
* Wayfinding and Signage;
* Landscaping;
* Architectural design building including façade;
* Interior Design;
* Acoustics;
* Audio Visual;
* Interior and exterior lighting;
* Structural;
* Building services – Electrical, Hydraulic, Fire Protection, Mechanical, Security ;
* BCA
* Regulatory and Authority Approvals.
Tenders will be received until 4.00 pm AEDST Monday 17 DECEMBER 2018.
