Tender Description
Horsham Rural City Council (HRCC) invites contractors with extensive experience in road construction to tender for the reconstruction of the following Urban Roads within Horsham, in the Rural City of Horsham.
Part A – Fechler Avenue – Kalimna Avenue to Valentine Avenue
Part B – Federation Avenue – Drummond Street to Kalimna Avenue
Part C – Frederick Street – Wavell Street to north 160 metres
Part D – Gardenia Street – Laurel Street to Wotonga Drive
Part E – Wavell Street – Queen Street to Kalkee Road
Tenderers are invited to provide a submission for Parts A to E inclusive, or any single or combination of the Parts A to E.
Part B if partly funded externally and will be required to be completed by 30th June 2019. Horsham Rural City Council is flexible with the time lines of the Parts A, C, D and E but Tenderers are to give an indication of anticipated commencement date and program of works for each Part being tendered for. The date of the possession of site will be negotiated with the successful tenderer(s) after the contract(s) has been awarded. Horsham Rural City Council expects all parts to be constructed by the end of December 2019.

Council is not bound to accept any or lowest tender.
Late tenders will not be considered.
Electronic Tenders will only be accepted through Council’s e Tendering Portal.
All enquiries regarding this tender must be submitted through the electronic portal where the option to post a question is situated.
Questions relating to this tender will be answered until 12 NOON on the 5th December 2018. Questions lodged post this time will not be responded to.
