Tenders for Projection Equipment Vivid Sydney at Chatswood 2019 - Tender No. 119691
Willoughby City Council is currently preparing its contribution to Vivid Sydney 2019, and is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to deliver a complete technical equipment solution required to deliver the key Festival's key projection on the facade of The Concourse, Chatswood. This tender includes the provision and monitoring of projectors, media servers, projection mapping software, weather proof structures and audio elements required to deliver the projection that relates to artistic content.

Tenders are to be submitted online at www.tenderlink.com/nsroc OR within a sealed envelope endorsed:

And shall be placed in the Tender Box located on Level 4, 31 Victor Street, Chatswood so as to be received in full prior to 11am on Thursday 29 November 2019. Tenders received after the closing time will not be considered.
