Tender Description
Tenders are invited for the fixed price lump sum contract for the Restoration of the Warm Water Exercise Pool at Harold Holt Swim Centre, 1409-1413 High Street, Glen Iris.
Briefly, the scope of work involved in Contract T19017 is:
* Removal of existing surfaces and facilities
* Removal of all ceramic tiles, tile grout and wet deck gratings
* Water blast cleaning of concrete surfaces
* Tiling works
The Harold Holt Swim Centre Indoor Warm Water Exercise Pool must be reopened to the public by Tuesday 23 April 2019 for use. The contractor must guarantee the supply and delivery of pool tiles to meet this critical deadline. This is a condition of this contract.
