Tender Description
Council is seeking submissions from suitably qualified and capable consultants to be appointed to a Cultural Heritage Consultant Panel, in order to support the delivery of our capital programme.
It is envisaged that up to 5 consultants will be appointed to the panel dependant on the market response.
The contract term is initially 12 months with extension options of 1+1 (3 years) at Councils discretion.
Council will seek services under the schedule of rates panel and/or fixed price lump sum per project at its sole discretion.
