The Queensland Government through the Public Safety Business Agency (PSBA) for the supply of managed services for the Road Safety Camera Office (RSCO) for the Queensland Police Service (QPS)

The Traffic Camera Office (RSCO) within Queensland Police Service (QPS) is part of the multi-agency Camera Detected Offence Program (CDOP). RSCO have a number of systems that are a mix of in-house built and maintained applications and a supplier managed system. There are three major applications in use at RSCO:
* The Image and Infringement Processing System (IIPS): a commercial off the shelf Web software package from a third-party vendor;
* The Integrated Camera Management System (ICMS): a bespoke .Net WPF application that feeds camera images to IIPS for processing;
* The Camera Scheduling and Reporting System (CSRS): a bespoke .Net MVC Web application that schedules the deployment of mobile speed cameras.

All three applications have multiple associated integrations with other systems, numerous reports and assorted batch jobs. There are two further associated applications also developed in-house: the Deployment Checklist Application (DCA) and Speed Camera Evidence Updater (SCEU).

The Customer has issued this Invitation to Offer with the objectives of engaging a suitable provider to deliver a Managed Service which includes the following elements:
* support and maintenance (including defect management), and development for small work packages including environment management in all lower environments for the following applications: ICMS, CSRS, SCEU and DCA;
* Support and monitoring, testing, analysis and release through all environments of the IIPS application; and
* Service management activities.
