Queensland University of Technology (QUT) has issued this Request for Information (RFI) as a market intelligence and requirements-refinement exercise related to AI-based tender matching capabilities.

Purpose

This RFI is intended to inform QUT's understanding of available solutions and delivery approaches for automated tender-to-capability matching.

Objectives

  • Gain insight into current market capabilities, solution architectures and emerging delivery approaches for automated tender-to-capability matching
  • Inform the development of scope, requirements and evaluation approach for any potential future procurement activity
  • Understand indicative pricing models and commercial approaches, sizing, implementation considerations and delivery models
  • Understand how suppliers are addressing key constraints including data sovereignty, privacy, customer data handling, identity integration, and auditability
