Moreland City Council is seeking to engage consultants to provide Multi-discipline consultant services for the Fleming Park project in Brunswick East.
The master plan $11M+ implementation project encompasses the design of new and existing community facilities, landscaping and urban streetscape providing the community with adaptable and efficient facilities and infrastructure, that supports and encourage the diverse balance of active and passive activities at the 4.38 hectare park.
The consultant disciplines sought are Architectural, Structural & Civil Engineering, Services Engineering (Electrical Services, Communications, Mechanical Services, Hydraulics Services, Fire Protection Services, Security Systems, Vertical Transportation, Building Automated systems), ESD, Town Planning, Building Surveyor, DDA, Landscape Architecture, Acoustic & Vibration, Heritage and a Stakeholder/Community Engagement Consultant.
