Brief description of Extend of Works - Refer to architectural and engineer’s drawings for extent of works, including but not necessarily limited to the following:
* Demolition of existing roof, downpipes, gutters
* New roof sheeting, gutters, downpipes, cappings and flashings, insulation and sarking
* Re-enforcement of existing roof structure (if directed by structural engineer)
* New timber eaves + timber edge facia
* Paintwork
* Decorative zincalume vents
* Connections to existing legal point of discharge for stormwater
* Installation of roof access ladder.
