Tenders are invited for Refurbishment Works at Deep Creek Child Care Centre, Doncaster East.

Works include:
Replacement of all timber windows with aluminium framed windows;
Re-configuration of existing adult amenities to create 2 regular cubicles and an accessible toilet;
Refurbishment of shower and minor works to childrens amenities.
The full scope of the required works is detailed within the specifications and drawings provided for download.

Note - Completion of Works:
Centre Closure: The childcare closes down from Saturday 22nd December 2018 until Sunday 6th January.
Throughout January, access is available as per architectural sheet A02. The outlined site compound must be set up for the duration of internal works.
Internal works ideally should be completed within a 2-3 week period over Christmas/new year’s into the start of January to minimize disruption to the facilities tenants.
Window replacement works must be completed over the Christmas closure or out of regular business hours.
