Tender Description
The City of Kingston is seeking tenders from suitably qualified contractors for the construction of indented parking spaces beside Walter Galt Reserve, along Brisbane Terrace in Parkdale.
The scope of works for this contract include the following:
* Construction of new concrete kerb and channel and pavement
* Construction of granitic sand path
* Alteration of stormwater drainage pit
* Linemarking
It is Council’s intention to award the contract during December 2018. Construction to be completed by the 30th June 2019 at the latest but desirably earlier and subject to negotiation with the short-listed contractor(s).
