Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Tenders are invited for the landscape construction works at Princes Gardens, Malvern Road, Prahran.

Princes Gardens is being redeveloped as part of Council's commitment to provide high-quality facilities and improved open space for the community.

The landscape upgrade works include: site establishment, demolition of surfaces, sub-base, services, lighting, furniture, and fencing. Earthworks; excavation and grading. Supply and installation of: concrete paver vehicle grade path, asphalt path, lighting, garden beds, irrigation system and park furniture. Planting; 200L advanced trees, 150mm pots, tubestock and lawn. Site rectification and maintenance.
Submissions to include a construction program.
