A fantastic opportunity exists for a vendor to lease space in the heart of the Lismore campus of Southern Cross University. The University is calling for expressions of interest (EOI) from interested business owners wishing to lease approximately 34sqm of prime commercial space in the Goodman Plaza. Those seeking smaller, boutique tenancies can apply for this space to be divided as 13sqm and 21sqm respectively.
The successful applicant will be expected to deliver an offering, suited to students, staff and members of the public.
