Tender Description
The City of Cockburn (the Principal) requires the services of a suitably qualified, registered and experienced Building Contractor to undertake the fit-out (Stage 2) of the new Jandakot Volunteer Bushfire Brigade Station, 378 Liddelow Road (corner Oxley Road), Banjup, Western Australia.
The building has an estimated area 440m2 (including a first floor of 200m2) and is adjacent to the Denis De Young Reserve.
The new shed will be constructed by others in Stage 1, and these works have to be completed before Stage 2 - Fit-Out works can commence.
It is the Principal's expectation that the Stage 1 - Contract, shall commence in October 2018; with an estimated building construction period of two (2) months.
The Contractor will be required to provide all labour, plant, tools and equipment, materials, fees and charges, chemicals, transport/cartage etc. and anything else necessary for the completion of the proposed Contract.
Design drawings have been prepared and a full statement of services and works required under the proposed Contract appears in B01 Specification.
