Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠The Council is seeking responses to this Request for Tender (RFT) 1819-40 for the provision of Greensborough Hockey Club Pavilion Redevelopment - Architectural Services.

The Council is seeking to appoint a single provider to deliver the Services.

The initial term of the new contract arrangement is for twenty four (24) months, including the construction period.

It is intended that the new contract arrangement will commence on or around 3 December 2018.

Nillumbik Shire Council (NSC) is upgrading the Sporting Pavilions and associated infrastructure at the Greensborough Hockey Club (Plenty War Memorial Park) to provide current, appropriate and industry & legislative compliant facilities for the existing tenants and users. The upgrade is also to provide a new community facility for wider community use.
