Tender Description
A18/0327 - Waverley Council is seeking submissions from appropriately qualified and experienced organisations for Event Management Services for an outdoor cinema at Bondi Pavilion on behalf of the Council annually, under a one-year license agreement in 2019, with an option to extend until 2020, at the Council's discretion.
The successful bidder will be responsible for planning, promoting and implementing a safe, entertaining, and well-organised Event for local residents, in consultation with Council and other stakeholders in accordance with the approved management plan and license agreement.
