This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
Development of a website strategy for the Air Force Professional Military Education (PME) website - "The Runway".
The Runway will host unique Service created content and will link to, rather than replicate, relevant information from established sites on the World Wide Web and other Service and Joint portals. It will be a repository for all Air Force PME resources making it the learning and development focus for Air Force personnel. It will draw the best of current thinking from a variety of disciplines and fields, enabling our people to broaden their horizons in the continuous pursuit of professional mastery.
The website strategy is an essential step in completing this activity. It will serve as the blueprint for a contractor developed solution that will be hosted on GovCMS.
