Tender Description
The Buloke Shire Council invites tenders from competent and experienced Contractors for road reconstruction works at the following locations within Buloke Shire:
* Back St Arnaud Road Floodway Construction at Clarks Road;
* Jeffcott Road Pavement Reconstruction from Ch 8.989 km to 9.556 km;
* Hogans Road Pavement Reconstruction from Ch 5.018 km to 5.168 km;
* Hogans Road Pavement Reconstruction from Ch: 5.780 km to 5.937 km;
* Devon Park Road Pavement Reconstruction from Ch: 3.588 km to 3.778 km;
* Devon Park Road Pavement Reconstruction from Ch: 8.145 km to 8.355 km;
* Donald South Road Pavement Reconstruction from Ch: 1.906 km to 2.118 km; and
* Banyenong Jeffcott Road Pavement Reconstruction from Ch 1.716 km to 2.205 km.
Works under the Contract include but are not limited to: site establishment, site management and supervision, traffic management, environmental management, clearing and grubbing, service identification and protection thereof, earthworks, drainage construction, pavement construction, concrete works, bituminous surfacing, guideposts, signage, topsoiling and miscellaneous works.
Closing date and time: Tenders close at 2.00 pm AEST on Wednesday 3 October 2018 and Tenders must be fully received by this time.
Buloke Shire Council is not bound to accept the lowest priced Tender or all or any part of a Tender and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Tender process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit.
Late, verbal, postal, facsimiled or emailed Tenders will not be accepted.
