Clean TeQ Sunrise Project - Construction Camp Installation

⁠⁠⁠Unless otherwise stated, the Contractor shall be responsible for the performance of the whole of the Works including such work as may be required, but not specifically described herein, in order to complete the Works.

In general, the following tasks shall be the responsibility of the Contractor:
* Mobilisation / demobilisation of all materials, equipment and personnel required to complete this Scope of Works.
* Design, construction and installation of all civil works required for the village including bulk and detailed earthworks, site preparation, site contouring, drainage and diversion and control of surface water.
* Design, supply and construction ofall concrete work and foundations required for the village buildings and support infrastructure including footings, peering, footpaths, unloading dock areas and grid supply transformer.
* Transport, unloading and installation of all accommodation and amenity modules.
* Design, supply, construction and installation of all services and infrastructure for the camp including but not limited t* potable and fire water, and grey water

sewerage collection reticulation system in accordance with relevant Government regulations and Australian Standards.
* Design, supply, construction and installation and approval of utilities including
* Potable water treatment plant (PWTP).
* Fire protection system.
* Wastewater treatment plant (WWTP), wastewater irrigation farm and grease traps.
* LPG storage and distribution system.
* Containerized diesel power generation.
* Design, supply, construction, installation, testing and commissioning of all required electrical works, including distribution, earthing, lighting and small power, etc. This includes allowance for future permanent connection t* grid power supply via a 11/.415 kV transformer supplied and installed by the Company.
* Design, supply, construction and installation of covered areas, including bus shelters, ambulance bay, covered waiting areas, verandas, outdoor kitchen, sporting facilities and BBQ areas, undercover muster outdoor kitchen eating area etc.
* Design, supply and construction of fences including those around the camp perimeter, treated effluent irrigation farm and utilities areas as necessary.
* Management of all permits and approvals required for the construction and occupation of the Works including certification of the facilities.
* Design, construction and installation of all roadwork’s required for the Construction Camp, excluding scope that is nominated by others.
* Design and construction of landscaping together with a reticulation system.
* Performance of a security assessment for the Construction Camp t* inform the provisioning of security systems and services for the camp.
* Design, supply, construction, installation, termination and testing of communication systems, including but not limited to, the Camp Entertainment System, Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) System, and Fire Detection and Alarm System, together with all associated communications infrastructure required t* deliver these systems. Additionally, the Contractor shall provide physical designs and install Company free-issued equipment including but not limited t* Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS), network, telephony, vide* conferencing, and other IT equipment required t* facilitate communications deployments throughout the camp.
