Tender Description
The Gippsland Hi-Tech Innovation Centre will be part of the Gippsland Hi-Tech Precinct that will be a centre for research, business incubation, new product development, start up support, and education and training. The project is a partnership between Latrobe City Council, Federation University, Federation Training, Latrobe Valley Authority, and Regional Development Victoria.
This tender is to appoint a Civil Contractor to undertake early works for the Gippsland Hi-Tech Innovation Centre. The early-works program will include completion of the following package of works:

The Gippsland Hi-Tech Innovation Centre has been classified a Victorian Industry Participation Policy (VIPP) Strategic Project by the Victorian State Government.
