Short Term Licence of the Kiosk at Dan Mahoney Reserve, 75 Gladstone Street, North Parramatta

Expressions of Interest (EOI)
The City of Parramatta Council has care and control of the subject Premises which comprises an amenities building within a Reserve. The Reserve is currently being used as a dog off-leash area.
It is Council’s intention that successful applicant will upgrade existing kiosk into a café located within amenities building and enter into short-term licence use as a café and thereby activating reserve whilst meeting the needs of the park users.
