Part A. Balmoral Avenue / Penrith Street Stormwater Upgrade
* Site establishment, Project Management including Soil and Erosion Management, Workplace Health and Safety Management and Traffic Management
* Supply and installation of stormwater pipe
* Supply and installation of side entry pits, lintels and grates
* Supply and installation of precast manholes with class 'd' lids
* Construction of anchor blocks
* Concrete capping and liquid filling of all redundant stormwater pipe
* Minor works as required to completed the works and as detailed on the contract drawings and in the specification
* General reinstatement
* 12 month maintenance period
Part B. Gray Street Stormwater Upgrade
