Cohuna Swimming Pool Design and Detailed Costing

Gannawarra Shire Council is seeking to engage suitably qualified and experienced practitioners to express their interest for the design and detailed costings of a new outdoor swimming pool in Cohuna.

The design will involve a critical assessment of the current facilities, space and infrastructure within the area and include an appraisal of the options for future expansion and development with associated facilities within the surrounding precinct. The Cohuna swimming pool enjoys strong patronage and interest from the local community, as such the design process will be informed by views of the local community through a number of community consultation events throughout the design phase.

Applicants must supply a brief on previous experience as well as a costed schedule to complete the works contained within this brief.
