Tender Description
The Ararat Rural City Council undertakes a wide variety of capital projects, including numerous smaller scale projects for which the design services are often below price thresholds for public tender procurement. In order to maximise the competitiveness of procurement for design services in these circumstances, the Ararat Rural City Council is requesting suitably qualified and experienced parties register on a panel of design service providers.
Service providers in the following categories are requested:
* Architectural
* Drafting
* Landscape architectural
* Master planning
* Concept designs
It is anticipated that services will be procured from the panel by means of competitive quotes, in accordance with the Ararat Rural City Council’s Procurement Policy.
The panel is non-exclusive (the Ararat Rural City Council reserves the right to procure outside of the panel at its sole discretion) however will form a first reference point for multiple departments of the Council in seeking relevant services.
