SRW is seeking tenders from qualified builders to redevelop part of its site at 1 Tower Road, Werribee.
The project includes
(1) refurbishing the original office;
(2) removal of the prefabricated buildings;
(3) construction and fitout of a 380m2 (approx.) single story office;
(4) construction of a new carpark and;
(5) associated landscaping.
