Tender Description
Newcastle Airport Pty Limited (NAPL) is seeking tenders from suitably experienced, competent and skilled construction contracting organisations for the extension and resurfacing of its Long Stay 1 Carpark.
The scope of work incorporates site establishment, sediment and erosion control, demolition, bulk earthworks, concrete works, stormwater infrastructure, minor utility adjustments, communications and electrical, lighting, flexible pavement construction, linemarking, street furniture, signage and landscaping. The purpose of the works it to provide additional capacity and refurbish the surface within the Long Stay 1 Carpark, with the minimum disturbance of ongoing airport operations.
A mandatory pre-tender site meeting will be held at 10.30am on Monday the 6th August 2018 at Newcastle Airport Level 1 (East) Terminal Building, Williamtown Drive, Williamtown. Attendance by tenderers at the pre-tender meeting is mandatory. Tenders submitted by tenderers who fail to attend will be passed over.
