Tender Description
Lane Cove Council is seeking quotations from suitably qualified contractors to undertake slab stabilisation and re-levelling works at the Lane Cove Civic Centre.
Scope of Works:
- Site establishment, WHS documentation, and project management
- Investigation and assessment of existing slab condition
- Supply and application of appropriate stabilisation methodology (e.g. polyurethane injection, grout injection, or equivalent)
- Re-levelling of affected slab areas
- Making good of all affected surfaces upon completion
- Disposal of waste and final site clean-up
Pricing Requirements:
- Provide a lump sum price (GST exclusive) for the full scope
- Pricing must include all labour, materials, plant, and associated costs
Contractor Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in slab stabilisation and remediation works
- Relevant licences and insurances
- Compliance with WHS legislation and Council requirements
Additional Notes:
- Contractors are encouraged to attend a site inspection prior to submission
- All methodologies to be proposed by the contractor and supported by appropriate documentation
