Existing floor area : 234 sq.m Total extension area: 38 sq.m

Works to include but not be limited to the following:
Extension of the entry area to create new Waiting area and undercover veranda
New external store room

Re-arrangement of Community area to create new increase floor are for community room, new unisex accessible amenities on Community & Kinder sides, New enlarged shared waiting area, refurbishment works to Kindergarten, removal of Asbestos materials from building, upgrade of electrical & lighting system to LED type, new heating /cooling systems, accessible entry Ramp & re line marking of accessible Parking bay.
