Council is seeking artists, lighting designers and creative teams to be considered for this creative lighting and public art opportunity in the heart of Elsternwick.

Council is seeking a bold and imaginative lighting installation that will transform Elsternwick Plaza into a vibrant, welcoming destination after dark, celebrating the area's diverse community while supporting local business and community life.
