Tender Description
Federation Training intends to undertake, as a single project, capital works development at two of its campuses as follows
* The Latrobe (Morwell) Campus Redevelopment - Hi‐Tech Precinct: Future Skills Training and Technical Training Centre of Excellence; and
* Port of Sale Campus Development
Federation Training seeks to engage consultants to assist with these projects and intends to release to market, utilising a two stage tender process, a selective Expression of Interest (EOI) followed by selective Request for Tender (RFT) to commission a
* Principal Consultant Architect
* Quantity Surveyor; and
* Project Manager
The Architectural services, Quantity Surveying services and Project Manager categories of the Department of Treasury and Finance Construction Supplier Register will be utilised to identify suitably qualified suppliers.
In undertaking capital works projects, Federation Training ensures government policy requirements such as the following are applied:
* Local Jobs First - Victorian Industry Participation Policy
* Major Projects Skills Guarantee
* Victoria’s Social Procurement Framework
* Supplier Code of Conduct
at this stage, Federation Training intends to release the EOI’s on 30 July 2018.
