Tender Description
Council is seeking to appoint an organisation to provide and manage an online platform that allows residents of Wyndham to purchase compost bins, worm farms with worms and anaerobic fermenters (bokashi) at a discounted / subsidised rate.
All technical enquiries relating to the works or services should be directed through the TenderLink Forum associated with this quotation.
All submissions must be electronically submitted through the TenderLink website no later than 12.00 noon Wednesday 8 August 2018.
The opening of the Tender Box will be conducted at the Municipal Offices immediately after the closing deadline.
Late, emailed and facsimiled quotations will not be accepted.
The lowest or any quotation will not necessarily be accepted.
