Transport for NSW seeks tenders for the supply of facility management services of the coach layover located at basement level 2, 1 Shelley St, Sydney NSW 2000 for a period of three (3) years with up to two (2) extensions of one (1) year each i.e. 3+1+1.
The King St Wharf Coach Layover Facility (Coach Layover) is located at 1 Shelley St, Sydney. This 55-space underground western CBD coach layover is a NSW Government initiative to provide off-street parking for charter and tourist industry vehicles.
Transport for NSW (TfNSW) seeks tenders for the provision of facility management services of the Coach Layover.
Business Hours: 7 days a week from 11am to 7pm
The Coach Layover provides a lounge, kitchen, bathroom and shower facilities for drivers, as well as an office for an on-site concierge during normal business hours.
The successful tenderer is primarily required to provide the facility operation and management services of the Coach Layover including:
* Performance and operation management;
* Cleaning of the Premises and Coach Facility;
* Waste Management;
* Removal of Hazardous spills;
* Operation of the Facility;
* Record Keeping; and
* Maintain Kitchen, bathrooms, shared facilities, security and pest control.
