Tender Description
As part of its 2018/19 Capital works programme Council is seeking submissions from suitably qualified and capable contractors to undertake refurbishment works at, Banyule Football Club, Beverley Road Oval Pavilion, Heidelberg.
The scope of works is generally as depicted in the attached documentation and includes but is not limited to construction activities involving:
* General building works for the extension and refurbishment of the site.
* Relocation of existing facilities and equipment.
