Bayside City Council are seeking to appoint a Head Consultant with the requisite skills, experience and resources to undertake the design of 12 outdoor netball courts, sportsground lighting, car parking and landscaping at 20 Wangara Road, Sandringham (presently used as Sandringham Golf Driving Range).
Services will commence at Concept Design and continue through each design phase including construction and defect liability period.
The design team will be required to finalise the existing concept plan, then progress through Planning, Design Development and Contract Documentation. Services will then extend to Contract Administration Services during the construction phase.
The design team is expected to design all required infrastructure outlined in the brief and necessary to deliver the facilities required in the precinct. This will include items such as pavement, fencing, landscaping, lighting and drainage design along with geotechnical investigation, Environment and building permit.
