The Department is seeking responses to this Request for Tender (RFT) 338667 for the provision of occupational rehabilitation and wellbeing services to support the department in effectively protecting from and preventing injury, maintaining and returning our staff to work whilst managing an injury or illness.

The successful provider/s will have demonstrated relevant experience and qualifications for the delivery of services detailed in Part B (the scope) and be expected to provide advisory services and innovative solutions for continous improvement in the occupational rehabilitation and wellbeing services within the department.

The Procurement Project Team intends to appoint a panel of providers and / or subject matter experts, that will be available to the department to readily address, support and oversee the provision of care for predominantly physical, psychological, physiological issues with our staff.

It is envisaged that 2-3 providers will be appointed for each of the three service categories listed below:
* Occupational Rehabilitation including:
  * Return to Work / Stay at Work for mental and/or physical injury or illness (work related)
  * Workplace Support for non-work related mental and/or physical injury or illness (non-work related)
  * New Employer Services
* Independent medical examinations
* Wellbeing services that will include, but are not limited to, the development of targeted wellbeing programs or interventions, resources and materials that will proactively address and promote mental health and wellbeing. In addition to the professional mental health supervision and management of the department’s peer support program.

The contract term will be for a three (3) year contract with an option to extend for up to three (3) annual extensions subject to performance and commercial reviews.
