Tender Description
The WA health system requires a “Software as a Service” (SaaS) solution to manage the assessment and processing of invoices to Contracted Medical Practitioners (CMPs) on an itemised, fee-for-service basis.
The solution will be required to accommodate the complexity of the rules outlined in the following documents:-
* Schedule of Services and Administrative Instructions and Procedures 1 December 2017
* Schedule of Fees 1 December 2017
The SaaS solution will also have to manage Medicare MBS rules. It will also interface with WA Health’s Financial and Patient systems.
The solution provider will have to be able to provide medical billing expertise, training and comprehensive helpdesk activities.
