The Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS) intends to explore via a formal open Request for Proposal process, options to engage an organisation to provide strategic resourcing services to support the delivery of the 2021 Australian Census of Population and Housing through the provision of a temporary workforce.
ABS is seeking comments from prospective tenderers about the draft Statement of Requirements, Pricing Response Spreadsheet and Statement of Commercial Principles.
ABS is also seeking to reduce the risks and therefore costs through ensuring the drafting is clear and concise and that it is feasible for the scope to be delivered in a manner that represents value for money to the Commonwealth.
An Industry briefing, for prospective tenderers, is being held on Thursday 5th July 2018.
