Tender Description
Richmond Valley Council (Council) is upgrading community facilities in Casino to enhance the "liveability" of the town for residents and to attract visitors to the area.
This is consistent with the stated aspirations in the Community Strategic Plan.
The project has the support of the local community and is important that the project is completed efficiently and effectively.
A masterplan has been developed for the redevelopment of the whole of the Drill Hall site.
The total redevelopment is not viable to Council at this stage and the initial works include;
* Visitor Information Centre
* Car Parking and Roadworks
* Amphitheatre
* Landscaping generally to the above areas
The objective of this Tender is to source a suitably qualified contractor that will have the capacity to complete the redevelopment of the Drill Hall site within Council's budget, on time and to a standard commensurate with the specification.
