Tender Description
This contract includes construction of four separate play spaces designed and managed by Landscape Architect Tristan Smith at the four locations as outlined below;
The four playgrounds included in the works are:
1. Army Road Reserve, The Basin
2. Phillpidale Reserve, Ferntree Gully
3. Tabilk Reserve, Wantirna
4. Westburn Reserve, Wantirna South
The work at each of the sites will include:
* Removal of existing equipment, where noted
* Ordering specified playground equipment and coordinating installation with manufacturers
* Installation of granitic and concrete path works
* Planting and landscape works
* Installation of KCC standard assets
