Tender Description
The City of Monash (“Council”) is proposing to competitively tender the “Works” for the playspace renewals at 5 reserves as per the Specification. The sites are:
- Glen Waverley North Reserve – 5 Mulgrave St. Glen Waverley
- Dennis St. Reserve – 12-20 Dennis St. Clayton
- Catherine Ave. Reserve – 62 Catherine Ave. Mount Waverley
- Mannering Drive Reserve – 33 Mannering Dve. Glen Waverley
- Adrian St. Reserve – 19 Adrian St. Chadstone
The works include the safe removal and disposal of the existing play equipment, supply and installation of new equipment, concrete/gravel paths, landscape works, maintenance and establishment.
