CONSTRUCTION & REFURBISHMENT OF FIVE (5) COUNCIL PAVILIONS – Loyola Reserve, Elder Street, Gabonia Avenue, Petrie Park and Greensborough War Memorial Park
CLOSING DATE: 3:00pm, Tuesday 03 July 2018.
A non-mandatory pre-tender briefing will be held at Council offices at 1 Flintoff Street, Greensborough, VIC 3088 Tuesday the 29TH of May 2018 at 11.00 hrs.
Council is seeking submissions from suitably qualified and capable contractors to undertake construction works for the construction and refurbishment of Loyola Reserve, Elder Street, Gabonia Avenue, Petrie Park and Greensborough War Memorial Park Pavilions.
The scope of works is generally as depicted in the attached documentation and includes but is not limited to construction activities involving general building refurbishment, extension and minor civil works.
Contractors are to note that council reserves the right to award, all or part of the works to one or multiple contractors as separable portions at its sole discretion. Thus, contractors are to ensure that their pricing is independent for each portion.
In Schedule 1A contractors are to also invited to provide a lump sum tender should they be awarded the contract for all 5 projects.
Contractors are also to provide a construction programme based on their ability to undertake works at all five (5) sites between September 2018 and March 2019. Please refer to Schedule 15 for further details on stipulations.
