All,
Jemena is seeking Expressions of Interest from Design Consultants to undertake detailed design for the balance of plant for a new gas facility comprising;
a. Filtration
b. Compression – Both screw and reciprocating compressor (70kPa Inlet to 15,300kPa Outlet pressure)
c. Dehydration
d. Flare and Cold Vent
e. Utilities
The project comprises a Coal Seam Methane (CSM) compression and processing facility near Miles in Queensland.
Consultant must possess mature project/design management, HSE and quality management systems.
Consultant must possess capability to execute civil, structural, mechanical, piping, electrical, instrument and controls engineering and design.
Consultant must have successfully completed similar detailed design projects with Total Installed Cost Values exceeding $30M+ in the oil and gas industry in the last 36 months and those project details, along with customer contacts, must be provided as part of your submission.
The approximate start date is early Q3 2018; the approximate start date of construction on site is Q1 2019.
The contract structure will be a fixed lump sum price.
