CFA proposes to undertake the construction of a new Fire Station, as part of the current CFA Capital Works Program.

This project involves the demolition of existing brick single storey building and existing structures, construction of a new single storey Fire Station, external car park & pavements, civil and site works, landscaping, and site services located at 104 Belgrave-Gembrook Road, Selby Vic.

The Fire Station consists of the following:

• Three (3) Bay Motor Room, 
• Multipurpose Room & Kitchen.
• Store Rooms, office, staff facilities and amenities.
• Electrical, Hydraulics, Mechanical and Telecommunications services to the site
• Site Paving, Car Parking, Street Crossovers and culverts, Fencing
• Site Stormwater & Drainage
• Civil and associated Retaining Walls and Earthworks.
• Landscaping and Fencing 

The Total floor area of building is approximately 356m², the building has a maximum height of 6.5metres and the motor room roller doors maximum height of 4.0 metres.

External cladding of the proposed Fire Station will generally be of custom orb colourbond metal sheeting.  Roofing is generally a series of gable type roofs with eaves and finished with colorbond steel sheeting.
