Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠NWMPHN is seeking to commission a provider to deliver the Intensive Support Service (formerly known as the Mental Health Nurse Incentive Program) in the Local Government Area of Hobson's Bay. NWMPHN is simultaneously releasing separate RFTs on TenderLink for two other regions, which are Melton and Moorabool. If applicants intend to apply for more than one region they are required to lodge separate submissions for their chosen region via TenderLink.

NWMPHN is seeking to commission a provider(s) to deliver the Intensive Support Service (formerly known as the Mental Health Nurse Incentive Program) in the Local Government Area of Hobson's Bay.

The Intensive Support Service (ISS) delivers a range of interventions for people with severe and complex mental health issues, and working in collaboration with General Practitioners, Psychiatrists, other health and community services.
