EOI 05-2018 Outdoor LED Screen Operational Programming and Scheduling Services.
Fairfield City Council is seeking Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified and experienced parties from Digital Placemaking and/or Digital Content Management businesses who can advise Fairfield City Council on the operational programming and scheduling of LED screen digital media content for an existing outdoor LED Screen in The Crescent Plaza within the Fairfield City Centre.
In 2016 Council completed the construction of a new public Plaza in the Fairfield City Centre which has been named The Crescent Plaza. This Plaza is situated adjacent to the Fairfield Station Transport Interchange and is positioned on the original Main street of the Fairfield City Centre.
The total investment in this new Plaza was $2.1 Million of which $120,000 was invested in the inclusion of a 4mte x 2mte outdoor LED screen that has the capability of playing a range of TV (free to air) and multimedia digital content.
Council has been managing the programming and scheduling of digital content for this screen and is now seeking interest from qualified and experienced parties to advise Council on how best to deliver operational programming and scheduling of digital content for The Crescent Plaza LED Screen.
