Tender Description
Council invites tenders for the provision of an integrated management system and associated services as a part of a Corporate System replacement of current systems. Council is seeking to implement a comprehensive and fully integrated solution based on current open systems technology and standards.
Council is seeking information from suitably qualified organisations in regard to the provision of an integrated corporate information solution and associated implementation, support and other value-added services including but not necessarily limited to Common Features and the components of:
- Asset Management
- Financial Management
- Human Resources and Payroll
- Land Information System
- Request Management
- Electronic Document and Records Management
- Geographical Information System
- Leisure Centre Management
- Business Intelligence
- Contract Management
- Facilities and Events Management
- Business Paper and Minute Managament System
Tenders are to be submitted online OR within a sealed envelope endorsed:
"The General Manager
Tender for Corporate Systems - Tender No. 114760".
and shall be placed in the Tender Box located on Level 4, 31 Victor Street, Chatswood so as to be received in full prior to 11am 17 May 2018 . Tenders received after the closing time will not be considered.
