Ballarat Health Services Statewide Equipment Program (SWEP) is seekeing submissions from suitable suppliers to provide Non-Customised Equipment.
The equipment sought in response to this RFT are items of basic equipment and may inlcude: Bathing/Toileting Aids (basic/static); Shower Commodes (Mobile); Beds; Chairs/Seating; Hoists and Stand Aids; Mobility Aids; and Pressure Care (Cushions; Mattresses).
The desired outcome of this RFT is for SWEP to acquire equipment that:
* Meet the specifications outlined within the RFT; and
* Meet the assistive technology needs of a majority of people; and
* Not require any/significant additional customisation; and
* Provides value for money.
